Building an iPhone Killer
Created a new mobile operating system for AT&T including the design of 13 core apps. Directed a team of over 20 creatives and collaborated with over 150 engineers in the US and India.
Modernizing a Radiology Workstation
Redesigned a radiology workstation, including high-fidelity prototyping and user testing to evaluate the new interaction model, workflows, and visual designs.
Evernote for Scientists
Redesigned Agilent's OpenLAB Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN). ELN is a digital notebook that enables scientists to take notes, formulate experiments, and share everything with their colleagues.
Designing a Physical Security System
Designed an enterprise surveillance and access control system for use in hospitals, airports, banks, and corporate offices. Included ethnographic research and participatory design sessions.
Re-imagining the Conference Phone
Created the UX for Dolby’s first entry into the crowded conference phone market. Final output included interaction, visual, motion, and sound design plus usability testing.
Chase's First iPad App
Created a tablet banking app to give people more insight into their financial habits and a greater chance of reaching their goals. Led a hybrid team of 13 frog and Chase designers.
Disney Media Website
Created an iPhone app and website for Disney visitors to view and order professional photographs taken during their visit. Relocated to India to lead a team of Indian designers collaborating with the US frog design team.
Re-envisioning the Classic Altoids Tin
Led research activities and worked with industrial designers to redesign the iconic tin in order to compete with new trends like breath strips and mini-tins.
Transposing old accounting software to the cloud
Created a web and mobile platform for a 30-year-old enterprise financial software firm. Re-imagined what their classic software offerings would look like in the cloud.
An Artist-Centric Crafts Website
Designed a web and mobile experience for Jaypore, an Indian startup selling finely crafted Indian artifacts and homewares. They are still thriving today, 10 years later.
Future-casting Augmented Reality in Japan
Designed a speculative AR interface, focusing on a day in the life of a salary man in Tokyo. Deliverables included AR storyboards and a gesture and gaze-based AR interaction model.
Designing Nike's first DIY Shoe: NikeiD
Designed the first Nike website that allowed people to create their own custom NIKEiD shoes (renamed Nike By You).
